Description – Sheng Discussion
We shall be discussing the Evolution of the Sheng’ language in the fields of Music and Literature since its inception in 1995 up to 2020. In Music, we will discuss the evolution of Sheng across the 4 generations, starting from:

Dandora Hip-Hop, from 1995 – 1999
-
Genge, starting from 2000 – 2009
-
Hip-Hop – 2010 – 2018
-
Gengetone – 2019 – to date
In addition to that, we’ll have Spoken Word performances.
All who are interested in Sheng’ are welcome.
