EXAM RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Registration
1.1. All candidates must confirm registration by filling in the online registration form and making payment in full before the registration deadline.
1.2. Registration deadline is 30 days prior to the exam date.
1.3. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within the same calendar year.
2. Exam Day
2.1. All candidates must present a valid ID on the day of examinations.
2.2. Candidates arriving late on the day of the examinations will not be allowed into the exam room.
2.3. Depending on the number of candidates, oral exams may be organized on a different date to the set written examinations dates.
3. Deferment of registration
3.1. Deferment of registration for exams can only be granted if the request is made at least 3 weeks before the set examinations date.
3.2. Late withdrawal from an examination will attract an administrative charge equivalent to 30% of the applicable examination fees, as a precondition for the deferment of registration.
3.3. A candidate is allowed only one deferment within the same calendar year.
4. Results and Certificates
4.1. Results for the examination shall be communicated to the candidate, in the form of a transcript, within three weeks of the exam date.
4.2. Certificates will be issued, once received from the examining body in France.
