On the occasion of the Paris Olympics 2024, the Alliance Française, in partnership with the Embassy of France, invite amateur photographers to submit sports photos that celebrate different sports and the sportsmen and sportswomen involved at all levels, be it amateur or professional.

A selection of photos submitted will be exhibited at the Alliance Française Nairobi from 26^th July to 11^th August as part of the Village Olympique / Fan Zone at the Alliance Française to coincide with the Paris Olympics 2024.  The Village Olympique will feature live broadcasts of the Olympics games, fun sporting events, concerts, film screenings and discussions throughout the two weeks.

A jury made up of professionals from sports, media, and photography will select the top three winners who will receive cash prizes:

1^st – 30000 KE,  2^nd – 20000 KE,  3^rd – 10000 KE

The public will also be invited to choose their favorite photo for the People’s Choice Prize during the duration of the exhibition and the winner will be announced after 11^th August and will receive a cash prize of 10000 KE.
