Dans le Kigali d’aujourd’hui, le décès de son fils unique eloigne encore plus Zaninka, une masseuse dans la quarantaine, de son mari. Quelque part dans la ville, Mukobwa, la vingtaine, prend soin d’un père malade dont le passé trouble ne cesse de l’interroger. Enfin, Kaara, un délinquant colérique apprends à son fils Kadago à devenir “un homme”.
